The Chesapeake Arts Center has recently upgraded performance venues in both lighting and audio.  We staff our events with professional technicians that consistently exceed expectations of clients and promote a creative environment for artists.  We are located just south of Baltimore, and our complex has ample, free parking.  Our rates are based on 4 hour minimums at $15 an hour.  All our technicians are on a 1099 contract.
Ideal candidates have experience in theatrical technologies of live performances.  We are looking to fill crew positions in lighting, sound, stage management, carpentry, run crew, house management and box office.

The Chesapeake Arts Center has recently upgraded performance venues in both lighting and audio.  Hosting over 200 events a year, the Production Manager is an instrumental position at the Chesapeake Arts Center.  We staff our events with professional technicians that consistently exceed expectations of clients and promote a creative environment for artists.

The ideal candidate possesses a working knowledge of ETC lighting consoles along with digital and analog audio consoles (Midas and Behringer).  The candidate has experience in high pressured, fast paced, live performance environments.  The candidate can work independently and within a team.
